Drop files or whole folders onto CAD > Mesh. Each file is converted on your Mac and saved next to the original as STL, OBJ or FBX, with the same name. Nothing is overwritten.
You choose the detail
- Set how closely the mesh follows the true surface, in millimetres, and see the triangle count before you export. Light for the web, fine for printing.
- Meshes are built from the model’s exact geometry, so curves stay smooth at any detail and flat faces stay light.
- For CATIA files you can also use the display mesh CATIA saved inside the file. It’s instant, and exactly what the designer saw on screen.
Clean, ready-to-use meshes
- Neighbouring faces share their edges, so closed solids come out watertight and ready to slice.
- Smooth shading across curved surfaces, crisp at sharp edges.
- Every part and body becomes its own named object. Assemblies keep their structure and positions.
- Colours come across as materials.
- True scale, in millimetres.
- Originals are only read, never changed. Hidden construction bodies are left out.
